Action Clock provides team time tracking, timesheet approvals, reports, and invoicing. This policy describes the information used to operate the service at actionclock.app.
Information we handle
We store account information such as your name, email address, profile image when provided, and workspace role. We also store records entered by you or your workspace, including time entries, projects, clients, approvals, rates, invoices, and payment records.
Google and Microsoft sign-in
If you choose Google or Microsoft sign-in, we receive identity information from that provider, including your name, email address, verification information, and provider account identifier. Authentication records may include provider-issued access, refresh, and identity tokens. This information is used to authenticate you and connect your sign-in to your Action Clock account. The sign-in integration does not request access to your email messages, calendars, or files.
Cookies and session information
We use cookies to maintain your signed-in session and remember interface preferences. Session records may include your IP address and browser information, which help operate and secure account access.
How information is used and shared
We use information to provide workspace features, authenticate users, send account and work-related emails, and maintain the service. Workspace administrators can access and manage records according to their role. Information is processed through service providers used by Action Clock, including Vercel for hosting, MongoDB for data storage, Resend for email delivery, and Google or Microsoft when you choose their sign-in services.
Retention and your choices
Account and workspace information is retained to support the service and its work records. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact your workspace administrator or email us below. Some records may need to remain for workspace recordkeeping or applicable legal obligations. You can also revoke Action Clock access in your Google or Microsoft account settings; this does not itself delete existing workspace records.
